Selected papers will be published in “IOP Proceedings” (Open Acces) which is indexed by SCOPUS. All papers can be published after passing through the reviewing system.

Notification of Acceptance

Authors will be notified of paper acceptance or non-acceptance by email (or website announcement) as close as possible to the published author notification date of March 17th, 2017.

The notification email will include comments from the reviewers. The conference cannot guarantee that all of the reviewers will provide the level of comment desired by you. However, reviewers are encouraged to submit detailed comments.

Because of the short amount of time between paper acceptance decisions and the beginning of the publication process, ICMETA 2017 is not able to allow for a two-way discourse between the authors and the reviewers of a paper. If there appears to be a logistical error in the reviewer comments, such as the reviewer commenting on the wrong paper, etc., please contact ICMETA 2017 Technical Committee Chair. You will have an opportunity to modify your paper in response to the reviewer’s comments. The final paper submission deadline will be anounced later.

Abstract submission due: September 19, 2016

Abstract acceptance notification: September 24, 2016

Fullpaper submission due: October 10, 2016

Deadline for registration : September 24, 2016

Conference days:  October 3 - 4, 2016

Participants are invited to submit abstracts for Oral or Poster contributions. The submission of abstracts will be possible on-line by filling abstract online form or sent to icambf@mail.uns.ac.id . The deadline for submission of abstracts for papers to be considered for Oral or Poster presentation is July 20, 2016. Abstract must be written in English and should be a maximum of 300 words.
One participant is limited to submit two abstract as first author.
Abstracts of all papers accepted by the Scientific Committee will be available on this website and included in the book of abstracts once registration fees have been received.

Paper Submission

accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation / poster presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceding of  “IOP: Conference Series” (Open Access).

Oral presentations will take place in all parallel seminar. The duration of oral presentations are 15 minutes each (talk and questions), the schedule of the program will be updated.
Abstract/presentation only
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation or  poster presentation at the conference. The presentation will no be published.

Poster Presentation
All posters will be displayed during the conference day and should be mounted by the presenter at 08:00 am. All posters should be applied in A0 portrait dimension (841 x 1189 mm).

Format abstract and full paper :

Abstract:

An abstract in English, not more than 200 words in a single paragraph is required in all cases. Indent the first line of the abstract. The abstract should contain a concise but comprehensive statement of the problem and results. Author's name(s), affiliation(s), and keyword(s) should be displayed at the top of the page. Keywords should not more than eight words. See sample article provided for format.

Full Paper:

The length of full paper is required to be not more than 6 pages (including tables and figures). See sample article provided for format.
